PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric walking vehicle improved in the ride feeling, reduced in the weight of a vehicle body, inexpensive in cost, and operable in an upright posture. SOLUTION: A front frame 4 comprising a V-shaped frame 6 and a straight frame 7 and a rear frame 5 comprising a U-shaped frame 8 and an L-shaped frame 9 form an integrated and approximately U-shaped structure in a side section of a vehicle body frame to be supported by front wheels 2a, 2b and rear wheels 3a, 3b. A frame 9a of the frame part 9 is parallel to the straight frame 7, a space P for ascending/descending is formed between the frame 9a and the frame 7, and a hip/waist receiving member 15 to support a hip and a waist of an occupant by a cushioning material is fitted to an upper end of the frame 9a, and a flat foot-rest step 17 for occupant is arranged on a low-floor frame 9b parallel to the surface of the frame part 9. The step 17 is arranged at the height of about 100 mm above the ground so as to be ascended/descended in a regular walking feeling.
