PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device of a pachinko machine which generates output signals in relation to erection or slanting of flippers of the device to open/close prescribed electric circuits such as for turning on lamps or producing effective sound. SOLUTION: This variable winning device has a pair of movable flippers 3, 3 which can be erected and slanted and a rotating body 11 which rotates by a prescribed angle when a pachinko ball passing between the flippers touches the rotating body to erect the flippers once and slant them plural times. And the rotating body 11 has a detecting part to detect erection or slanting of the flippers and a detecting means to electrically detect the detecting part and generate output signals.
