PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce membrane clog at a membrane module and improve blood treatment performance by a membrane by humidifying and controlling an inlet chamber provided between a pump device and the membrane module, in a device that treats blood with the membrane module and returns it to a human body. SOLUTION: A first pump device 4 is interposed on the way of a blood guide tube 3 having a blood introducing portion 1, and its deliver side is connected with a dialyzing filter 6 containing a membrane module through an inlet chamber 5. By guiding an outlet of the dialyzing filter 6 to a blood delivery portion 2 via a blood delivery tube 8 having a blood return chamber 7, a blood circulation circuit is constituted. The dialyzing filter 6 performs equal amount displacement between dialysis-filtered fluid and dialyzing fluid fed from a second pump device 10 connected with a supply source 11 of the dialyzing fluid through a dialyzing fluid transferring tube 13. By installing the inlet chamber 5 in a heater box and controlling the inside temperature, clogging of the membrane module is prevented.
