<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust and moisture which are generated in the air or from an adsorbent or the like from penetrating into a quasi-sealed container while a pressure loss is lowered and a chemical contaminant-adsorbing capacity is improved by a method wherein an inner wall of an air channel is formed of a material containing an adsorbent, and the material is covered by an air permeable filter membrane on an adhesive surface. SOLUTION: This gas adsorbing filter 11 is equipped inside a cover 13 of a quasi- sealed container having a breathing opening 12 by a pressure sensitive adhesive tape 14. Further, the gas adsorbing sheet 15 is placed on the pressure sensitive adhesive tape 14, and the whole is covered by a porous membrane 16 attached thereon. The porous membrane 15 is an air permeable filter membrane, and prevents fine particles containing dust to be generated from the gas adsorbing sheet 15 from penetrating into a quasi-sealed container. Further, a punched hole 17 is formed on the pressure sensitive adhesive tape 14, and an air channel 18 is formed by covering an upside and a downside thereof by a wall surface of the cover 13 and the gas adsorbing sheet 15. Then, an opening 19 is formed by a part which is not covered by the gas adsorbing sheet 15 of the punched hole 17, and the opening 19 is covered by the porous membrane 16.</p> |
