摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electroconductive cement composition that comprises portland cement, carbon fiber, aggregate and ceramic hollow fine spherical particles where the content of the ceramic hollow fine spherical particles are specified, thereby manifesting high elecroconductivity. SOLUTION: This cement composition comprises portland cement, carbon fibers, aggregate and ceramic hollow fine spherical particles and the content of the ceramic hollow spherical particles is specified to 5-20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of portland cement and aggregate in total. The carbon fiber is preferably the graphite degree of pitch fibers that have a fiber length of about 5-30 mm and a fiber diameter of about 40μm. As an aggregate, is used quartz sand, commercially available fourth grade product of which major particles have a particle size of 14-28 mesh. Glass balloons are desirably used as the ceramic hollow fine particles having an average particle size of about 30-300μm, while normal portland cement is used as the portland cement in this case.
