PURPOSE: A liquid crystal panel is provided, which directly mounts an integrated circuit on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel comprises: a first substrate (100); a second substrate (200) to be stacked with the first substrate (100) in the center portion having a display region and be exposed by the first substrate (100) in the edge portion; mounting portions (300, 400) to be formed in the second substrate (200) on which a driving integrated circuit for outputting a data signal is mounted; a plurality of output pads (500) to be formed in the mounting portions (300, 400) adjacent to the display region for transmitting the data signal to a signal line; and a testing pad (900) to be connected to the output pad (500) through the signal line and a first connecting wire and be arranged to the second substrate (200) exposed between the output pad (500) and the display region. Thereby, the size of the substrate of the thin film transistor is minimized.
