PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for expressing internet advertisement information is provided, which analyzes user information when using an internet and transmits advertisement information suitable to a user. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for expressing internet advertisement information comprises: an advertisement document (102) to be composed by a user characteristic having an advertisement document access; an advertisement document file (101) to be composed by a language pattern for forming a communication wire; a data communication connecting unit (100) for controlling a connection and a use of an internet; a communication analysis system (120) for analyzing the data communication connecting unit (100); a web browser (130) for forming a communication wire with the outer; a web server (110) for outputting a corresponding advertisement document to the web browser (130); and a SLIP/PPP server host for converting a data format. Thereby, the advertisement effect is improved.
