PURPOSE: An analogue trunk testing device of a full electronic switching system is provided to shorten a time for testing analogue trunk without matching with an analogue subscriber's PCM line. CONSTITUTION: A current supply and 2-line/4-line conversion loop hold detector(202) converts the current polarity of tip and ring and transmits the status information of a forward loop, a reverse loop, a tip wire ground, and a ring wire ground through a 2-line path. A call signal generator(201) supplies a ring voltage. A charging signal generator(206) generates a frequency charging signal. A DTMF generator(205) generates a DTMF signal. An A/D converter(203) converts the analogue signal received from the current supply and 2-line/4-line conversion loop hold detector to the digital signal. A DTMF receiver(204) receives the converted digital signal from the A/D converter and detects the DTMF signal. A processor(200) reads the status of the analogue trunk to decide the testing result, and controls each function block so as to test. Thereby, a forward loop, a reverse loop, a tip wire ground, a ring wire ground, a ring voltage, a frequency charging signal, and a dial pulse can be tested.
