PURPOSE: A device is provided to achieve a uniform work of supplying a case, mixing and putting a culture bed and seeds in the case and inoculating a surface with an automation system. CONSTITUTION: The device is comprised of:a transmission conveyer(11) for continuously supplying a lot of cases; a two-step device for dividing the cases by the piece so as to supply; a basket conveyer for supplying the raising bed, which mixes the seeds that are crushed and at the same time supplied with the sterilized raising bed and then supplies them together; a device of putting in a case for putting the raising bed in the case and hardening as well as forming an activation pore; a seed inoculation device for finishing by inoculating the surface.
