PURPOSE: A song accompaniment service system using mobile telephone network and a method thereof are provided to compact the system and reduce costs. CONSTITUTION: The song accompaniment service system using mobile telephone network(20) comprises: a server(29) for song accompaniment service mounted within a mobile telephone network, and connected to the public data network(40) including an internet network by a standard data communication regulation to receive song accompaniment data; and a radio song accompaniment device(60) connected to the mobile telephone terminal(50) and said server for song accompaniment service to receive the song accompaniment data. Said radio song accompaniment device(60) includes a display(61) displaying the text of the song to be accompanied, and a key input(62) for overall key operation including a song selection, a new song download functions.
