TIRE TREAD CONTACT FACE HEATING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A tire tread contact face heating device is provided to improve the adhesive power while forming by uniforming the temperature of the cutting face of a tread, also to express excellent uniting force after vulcanizing. CONSTITUTION: The tread heating device is composed of: many transferring rollers(3) horizontally established to a work stand(2) held up by a frame(1) with its both sides; a heating device consisted of a front end heater(4) and the rear end heater(5) horizontally established at left and right sides of the work stand(2); a sensing device consisted of a front end sensor(6) and a rear end sensor(7) at a place close to the heating device; a tread arranging device made up of a front end guide unit(8) and a rear end guide unit(9) at each side of the sensing device; and a driving device containing a motor(10) for right and reverse rotating in the center of the work stand(2).
