COMPOSITE UNSTABLE PREVENTING SYSTEM IN HIGH SPEED DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A composite unstable preventing system in high speed data transmission system and a method thereof that can prevent composite instability due to asynchronous operation of a clock signal in a high-speed data transmission system. CONSTITUTION: The composite unstable preventing system includes a first latch (60) latching data to be transmitted in response to a transmission clock signal; a phase difference detecting part (70) detecting a phase difference between a local clock signal and the transmission clock signal, and producing a detected phase difference as a delay control signal; a delay (64) delaying the data latched by the first latch (60) in response to the delay control signal; and a second latch (66) latching the data from the delay (64) and producing the latched data as local data. The transmission clock signal is synchronized to the data to be transmitted, and is transmitted in high speed. The present invention can prevent composite instability of asynchronous signal with simple circuitry without spending time.
