PURPOSE: An opening and closing device is provided to automatically open and close a locking device for promptly escaping in case of a fire. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and closing a lock for preventing a fire comprises:turning on a switch(4) for an electromagnet(5) to pull an ion ring bar(10) for opening the lock in case of an operation of a closing device in the fire; a bar(11) being inserted for turning on a switch(6) for operating an electromagnet(7) to close the door in case of a return; an electric power(8) being operated as electric power switch for electromagnets for being turned off; a subsidiary key(9) for taking a role as an ordinary subsidiary key. Herein, the opening and closing equipment for the lock for preventing the fire bends a plated iron plate by using a bending-up equipment for the iron plate being a cover and being installed in a fire preventing door and an emergency door.
