PURPOSE: A sterilization apparatus is provided which removes a nitrate in the generation of the ozone. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an oxygen generating part(10), an ozone generating part(20) by discharging, a thermal removing part(30) from the ozone of the ozone generating part(20), a nitrate removing part(40) from the ozone of the thermal removing part(30), a nitrate removing water supplementary part(50) supplying water into the nitrate removing part(40), and an ozone mixing part(70), and an ozone mixing part(90) to mix the ozone from the nitrate removing part and the raw water from a raw water pumping part(60). Volume of the ozone from the raw water is detected by an ozone detecting part(80), and a supersaturated signal of the ozone is sent from the detecting part(80), to ozone reduction part to decompose the ozone existed in the raw water.
