PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when a load of a print job is shared with other image forming devices by transferring image information of an original read with an arbitrary image forming device among plural image forming devices by interrupting the reading of the original, when the remaining memory capacity of any one image forming device is a prescribed value or below. SOLUTION: An image forming device acts as a master set when a link mode is set (selected) through the depression of a link mode key placed on a liquid crystal touch panel 31 of an operation display section 30 and the master set monitors a memory capacity of all image forming devices which share a print job on a network. Here, sets slave inform the master set of the remaining memory capacity of the own sets. Then the master set interrupts the reading of the original, when the master set recognizes that the remaining memory capacity of the master set or any of the slave sets is zero based on the monitor result, that is, when the actual remaining memory capacity is below a prescribed value (10%). The liquid crystal touch panel 31 of the operation display section 30 displays an image, including information which denotes the image forming device whose remaining memory capacity is zero. |
