PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize making light weight, miniaturization and increase in the efficiency of electricity usage for inverter illumination. SOLUTION: When a switching element Q2 is turned on and a current is passed in a direction (2), a sense current flows through the switching element Q2 to keep the on-state. When a current is passed in a direction (3) through a body diode D2, the sense current does not flow through the switching element Q2 to turn off the switching element Q2. However, then a current flows through the body diode D2 to turn on a switching element Q1. When the switching element Q1 is turned on, a current flows in a direction (4), and the sense current also flows to maintain on-state. When a current flows in the direction (5), the sense current does not flow through the switching element Q1 to turn off the switching element Q1. However, since a current flows through a body diode D1, the switching element Q2 is turned on. |
