PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load on a worker in mounting and extracting a battery and to improve the degree of design freedom in arranging a mounting hole of the battery. SOLUTION: A battery 10 is put in and pulled back by forming chains 17 (driving member) moving along the put-in and pull-back directions of the battery 10 in a receiving space, joining the battery 10 to the chains 17 in the receiving space, and driving the chains 17. Since the battery is not directly pushed or pulled by hand, mounting work is simplified even if the depth of the receiving space from a mounting hole 15 is large. Since an obstacle against the work is eliminated even if the depth of the receiving space from a mounting hole 15 is set large, the arrangement of the mounting hole 15 is released from the restriction in the depth direction to enhance the degree of design freedom.
