PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preventable the remaining heat of a fixing roller from being transmitted to an unused sheet of non-woven fabric. SOLUTION: The fixing device 100 is provided with a fixing roller 111 for fixing a toner image on a paper 14 while cooperatively working with a pressure roller 112 and a web unit 103 provided with the non-woven fabric sheet 113 impregnated with a parting agent, and of which unused part is wound around a 1st shaft 114, and also which is pressed by the pressure roller 116a so as to supply the parting agent to the surface of the fixing roller 111, and thereafter, wound around a 2nd shaft 115, and the web unit 103 is constituted by storing the 1st shaft 114, the 2nd shaft 115 and the pressure roller 116a in a 1st housing part 103a, and the device is also provided with a 2nd housing part 100a where the pressure roller 112 and the fixing roller 111 are stored and the web unit 103 is attachably/detachably loaded, and the device is provided with a 1st opening part 117 which is formed in the 1st housing part 103a so as to be placed opposite to the non-woven fabric sheet 113 wound around the 1st shaft 114 and prepared for guiding outside air into the 1st housing part 103a.
