PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a coupling for a flexible tube at a low cost. SOLUTION: A retainer 40 integrally has an annular part 41 contacting to the front end surface of a push ring 25; and a leg part 42 protrudedly provided in the axial direction at plural positions along the peripheral direction of the annular part 41, with its front end side brought into contact with the inner-most end face 18 of a tubular main body 11 when the push ring 25 is screwed into the inside of the tubular main body 11. When the push ring 25 is screwed to the inside of the tubular main body 11, the annular part 41 of the retainer 40 is positioned by placing a distance from the abutting surface 21 of the tubular main body 11. While the push ring 25 smashes the leg part 42 of the retainer 40 between the inner end face 18 of the tubular main body 11, the part of a corrugated pipe 2 projecting from the annular part 41 of the retainer 40 is smashed in the close contacting condition between the annular part 41 and the abutting surface 21 of the tubular main body 11 by the push ring 25.
