PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally control a hygienic washing apparatus, even when the power supply frequency is deviated from the particular frequency by selecting amount of power distribution to a control object member, based on the power supply frequency decided from a timer value of the decision timer. SOLUTION: A controller for hygienic washing apparatus decides the frequency of a commercial power supply 13 by receiving a rectangular wave pulse signal which is synchronized with the commercial power supply 13 generated from a zero-cross pulse generating circuit 12 with a controller 17, in order to drive and control the object member 19 with the power feeding corresponding to such frequency. Since the control object member 19 is controlled by adequately selecting the power feeding depending on the decided power supply frequency, even if the frequency deviates to a frequency other than 50, 60 Hz, erroneous power feeding is conducted to the control object member 19. For example, a case where a heater for heating the washing liquid and hot wind heater becomes excessively heated or an accident that a user receives scald due to overheating by a heater or a facility because damaged can be prevented.
