Polyurethane (PU) soft foam preparation involves contacting an optionally modified organic polyisocyanate(s), a compound(s) with at least two active H atoms, propellants, catalysts and aids to a mold surface coated with a release agent comprising an ethylene oxide-rich polyol(s) of ethylene oxide content at least 30 wt.% and/or silicone-containing stabilizer.
