PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move an execution device on a slope with a slope frame constructed thereon. SOLUTION: A step in which a base platform 10A is placed on a slope frame NW, and a slide base 10C slides relative to the base platform 10A in a specified direction along the horizontal direction of a slope in a condition where the slide base 10C and jacking devices LJ, LJ... are separated from a slope N and the slope frame NW, and a step in which the base platform 10A together with the slide base 10C are separated from the slope N and the slope frame NW by the jacking devices LJ, LJ..., the base platform 10A slides in a specified direction relative to the slide base 10C, the base platform 10A is placed on the slope N by the jack-down operation, and the slide base 10C and the jacking devices LJ, LJ... are separated from the slope N and the slope frame NW, are alternately effected.
