PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film having excellent stretchability while maintaining heat sealability. SOLUTION: In the polyolefin resin film comprising both skin layers (S-layers) of a polyethylene resin and a heat resistant layer (H-layer) of polyolefin resin having a melting point T1 higher by 55 deg.C than that of polyethylene resin T2; an elongation at break of a lateral direction at the time of restricting in a longitudinal direction of the film is 80% or more, and a load of 50% elongation is 85 to 250 g/cm width.
