PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pull a vehicle over to the direction crossing the traveling direction, or horizontally move the vehicle by providing a driven traveling means such as driven wheel capable of optionally protruding and recessing in the direction of a traveling surface and moving in the direction crossing the traveling direction of the traveling vehicle.
