PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor foaming block with which an existing floor panel can be easily replaced with another floor panel when the floor pattern or design is required to be changed. SOLUTION: A block main body 1 made of a synthetic resin is provided, which has female type joint portion 5 at two neighboring sides at an outer peripheral lower end portion where a recessed portion 3 is formed on the upper surface and also a block main body 1 of a synthetic resin formed with a male type joint portion 6 is provided at mutually neighboring two sides in the outer peripheral lower end portion. And the block comprises a sheet 7 printed with patterns on the surface which is laid in a recessed portion 3 of the block main body 1 and a transparent or translucent synthetic resin panel 8 placed on the sheet 7 inside the recessed portion 3.
