PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing device of a welded can body in a simple construction capable of coating while easily reversing a film extended part of synthetic resin film, which is bent back to the opposite side of a metal exposed part at the time of welding. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a supply means 3 to supply a can body blank 1 and a mandrel 4 to form the supplied can body blank to a cylindrical shape and hold. The mandrel 4 is provided with a welding means 5 to weld the metal exposed part of the can body blank 1, a reversing/overlapping means 8 to reverse a film extended part bent back to the inner face of the can body blank 1 and to overlap it to the metal exposed part and a pressing to stick means 6 to press to stick the overlapped film extended part. The reversing/ overlapping means 8 is constituted by a guide groove 19, a first inclined part 20 to separate the film exposed part from a can body inner face and a second inclined part 21 to guide/reverse the film extended part to a metal exposed side are arranged in the guide groove 19.
