PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable so-called scaffold-less construction method in which work is done from the inside of a building without using an outer scaffold, fix firmly on a furring strip as a mounting bed by a short metallic material or a screw such as a tapping screw, reduce the number of members for fixing, provide satisfactory workability, and perform the construction simply and speedily in the same way even when a fire-resistant structure is realized by arranging a fire-resistant panel. SOLUTION: When an exterior material is attached to a steel structural body consisting of columns and beams, an outer end of a horizontal plate 5a as a mounting bed of the exterior material rises to form an outer vertical plate 5b, and an inner end thereof is lowered to form an inner vertical plate 5c so that a furring strip in a substantial Z shape is provided. A square waved steel plate 6 as the exterior material is attached along the outer vertical plate 5b using a mounting metallic material or directly using a screw.
