PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily travel a traveling toy main body along an orbit rail by closing an opening/closing switch through a switch lever by the attracting operation of the magnetic piece of a vehicle body and the orbit rail at the time of mounting the traveling toy main body on the orbit rail and constituting the traveling toy so as to start a motor. SOLUTION: At the time of mounting a traveling toy main body A whose power switch 35 is switched to an ON side on an orbit rail of a table plate, a switch lever 26 is moved so as to be retracted to the side of a truck bottom part 2c by the attracting operation between a magnetic piece 25 and the orbit rail. Thus, the contact of an opening/closing switch 33 is closed to start a motor device 15. Thus, a driving wheel 10 is rotated and the main body A is traveled while being guided along the orbit rail by the attracting operation between the magnetic piece 25 and the orbit rail. Further, in the case of stopping the traveling of the main body A, the main body A is taken up from the orbit rail and the power switch 35 is switched to an OFF side.
