LAMINATING ROLL AND HEAT LAMINATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resist from oozing at the lamination of sheet-like film resists by a method wherein both the end parts of photosensitive dry film resists and laminating rolls are made into non-contact with each other and, in addition, grooves running along the whole periphery of each roll are provided on the surfaces of the rolls at the positions corresponding to both the end parts of the film resists. SOLUTION: Grooves 120A and 125A running along the whole periphery of each roll are provided at the surface parts corresponding to both the end parts 110A and 111A of dry film resists 110 and 111 are provided on laminating rolls 120 and 125 so as not to ooze the resists of both the end parts of photosensitive dry film resists to be laminated at the lamination of the photosensitive dry film resists onto a base material. The positions of the grooves 120A and 125A of the laminating rolls depend on liminating conditions and are provided under the condition that the lengths of the end parts of the photosensitive dry film resists 110 and 111 not contacting with the laminating rolls are ensured in the order that no oozing of the resists occurs.
