PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a recess for taking out a part easily in a parts tray on which a part disposition section formed of flexible resin or the like such as thermoplastic resin is formed. SOLUTION: A member holding material 2 formed of thermoplastic resin or the like filled on a tray 1 is heat softened, and in that state, a profile 3 formed of a part or a mold of the shape equivalent to that of the part is inserted into the part holding material 2 in the softened state. At least either one of the tray 1 or the profile 3 is rocked in the above state to rock relatively the profile 3 and the part holding material 2 on the tray 1 in the Y-Y direction, the X-X direction or the AB direction. At that time, a desired clearance is formed between a part holding recess 4 formed on the part holding material and a part to be disposed on the part holding recess 4 at the time of setting by adjusting the amount of rocking to take out the part disposed on the recess 4 easily.
