PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash off dirty cutting liquid containing large and small chips for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This device is furnished with a dirty tank 5 to store dirty cutting liquid containing large and small chips, a chip conveyor 2 to deliver the large chips from the dirty cutting liquid out of the dirty tank 5, a chip bucket 3 to store the large chips by receiving them from the chip conveyor 2, a line 16 for the dirty cutting liquid to deliver the dirty cutting liquid removed of the large chips and containing the small chips out of the dirty tank 5, a filtering device capable of filtering the dirty cutting liquid by receiving it from the line for the dirty cutting liquid and removing the chips attached on a filter 8 by back-flow and a clean tank 10 to store clean cutting liquid 21 filtered by the filtering device by receiving it.
