PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow fit-fixation to a spare blade holder main body with a simple insertion device by providing a holding portion of an upper surface portion and lower surface portion of a spare blade holder main body in the distal end of a spare blade insertion portion in a microtome spare blade dispenser. SOLUTION: When a microtome spare blade dispenser 113 is used, the securing screw 6 of a spare holder 1 set on the pedestal of a microtome is loosened so as to facilitate insertion of a spare blade 7 between a retaining plate 3 and a spare blade holder main body 5. Next, the microtome spare blade dispenser 13 is moved in the arrow J so that an end potion 5a of the spare blade holder main body is held between the upper surface 122a and the lower surface of a holding portion 122. At this time, a projection of the holding portion 122 is stuck into the groove 11 of the spare blade holder main body 5. After that, a slide knob 118 is allowed to slide in arrow J in order to push out the spare blade 7 from the distal end 117a of a spare blade insertion portion of the microtome spare blade dispenser 113, and finally, it is inserted between the spare blade holder main body 5 and the retaining plate 3. |
