PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detector circuit for effectively detecting a low voltage with small consumed current. SOLUTION: The voltage detector circuit comprises two p-channel MOSFETs M1, M2, two n-channel MOSFEFs M3, M4, two voltage dividing resistors R1, R2 and one load resistor R3. As an input voltage VIN of the circuit, a voltage obtained by dividing a power source voltage VDD by the resistors R1, R2 is used. A load 3 is composed of the M1 and M2, and an INV 2 is composed of M2 and M4.
