摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor which is not affected by disturbance magnetic fields, geomagnetism, etc. SOLUTION: This acceleration sensor is provided with a vertically movable part 3 in which its both ends are fixed to the inside of a fixed part 2, a permanent magnet 5 joined to the center upper surface of the movable part 3, and magnetic sensors 6 and 7 which are arranged in the fixed part 2 with a space gap to the permanent magnet 5 and have magnetic impedance effects that output voltage changes in response to changes in leakage flux from the permanent magnet 5. The magnetic sensors 6 and 7 are serially arranged at a predetermined interval orthogonally to the direction of the movements of the permanent magnet 5 so as to distance differently from the permanent magnet 5. The peripheries of the sensors 6 and 7 are each wound with bias coils 8 and 9 along their longitudes, and the bias coils 8 and 9 are provided with current regulating means 11 and 12 to regulate and pass current so as that bias magnetic fields in the same direction with the same intensity may be exerted on the magnetic sensors 8 and 9.
