摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stator coil in which the decline of the insulation performance of a ground insulation layer is suppressed by a method, wherein an electrical connection between a semiconducting tape on the ground insulation layer and the semiconducting tape of a composite tape and an electrical connection between the semiconducting tape on the ground insulation layer and a stator core are secured to avoid partial discharge on the surface of the ground insulation layer and on the surface of the composite tape. SOLUTION: A semiconducting tape 10 is wound on a ground insulation layer 4, which is formed so as to cover the circumference of coil conductors 3 with overlaps. A composite tape 11 which is composed of a semiconductive tape 12 and an insulating nonadhesive layer 14, whose width is a half of the width of the semiconducing tape 12 and which is bonded to one side of the semiconducting tape 12 with insulating bonding material 13 therebetween, is wound on the semiconducting tape 10 with overlaps so as to have the nonadhesive layer 14 brought into contact with the semiconducting tape 10, and furthermore, have spacings in the width direction of the nonadhesive layer 14. In addition, conductive forcibly connected pieces 15 are wrapped up in the composite tape 11, so as to have their one side ends brought into contact with the semiconductive tape 10, and moreover have their other side ends extended out to the outer circumference side.
