PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop integrating integrated value at monthly decided date and hour and to display the integrated value of monthly telephone call charge to obtain the standard of integrated value of monthly telephone call charge by allowing a telephone call charge integrating part to integrate telephone call charge between the next day of this month settling date and the next month settling date with a settling date inputted from an operating part as reference. SOLUTION: A controlling part 1 that becomes a center of this radio telephone set for monthly telephone call charge management performs integrated control over the radio telephone set, a transmitting and receiving part 2 performs the input-output of audible sound and a controlling part 3 forms a radio channel between a base station and itself and transmits and receives a signal. An operating part 4 performs key inputs such as a telephone number and integrated telephone call charge table and a displaying part 5 shows necessary content in accordance with a key input such as integrated monthly telephone call charge. Also, a telephone call charge integrating part 6 integrates telephone call charge each time the radio telephone set performs speech communication and the last month telephone call charge storing part 8 and a basic telephone call charge storing part 9 respectively store prescribed telephone call charges.
