PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy and accurate positioning of sounding holes set to a casing to sounding holes set to a body case of a portable telephone unit or the like, while reducing a size of the portable telephone unit or the like regardless of incorporating the electromagnetic sounder. SOLUTION: A recessed part 26 is formed on the outer surface of a casing 22 incorporating a vibration sounding section, a pair of connection terminals 27a, 27b led from the sounding section are provided to the recessed part 26, a rubber connector 28 consisting of an elastic body having an insulation part 28a and a conduction part 28b is fitted to the recessed part 26 so as to contact to the connection terminals 27a, 27b for making the connection terminals 27a, 27b to the rubber connector 28 conductive.
