PURPOSE: A web base remote observation or control of measuring equipment is provided to receive a command and an information from user to operate a measurement instrument using executable browser on remote client computer. CONSTITUTION: The web base remote observation or control of measuring equipment comprises steps of offering a receiving command or an information from an executing browser on a remote client computer by a web server to an executor by the web server in response to an operation on a measurement instrument; executing the operation on the measurement instrument by the executor according to the receiving command or information by the web server; returning a result of operation to the browser in the remote client computer for user, if the operation of measurement instrument is applicable.
