PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of torque to the extent of physically adhesive limitation for improved acceleration and deceleration of an electric rolling stock to the greatest extent practicable by detecting the re-adhesion of a wheel using the acceleration of a motor or the wheel in which idling or sliding is detected, and regulating the command value of an electric converter based on a re-adhesion detected signal. SOLUTION: The first selector 5 (or the second selector 6) inputs the rotor frequency differential values (fr1', fr2') of respective motors and an acceleration/ reduction command P/B (the second selector 6 inputs an idling/sliding signal 23 of a current controller 7 in addition to them) and outputs a selected rotor frequency differential value fra' (frb' for the second selector 6). An idling and sliding detector 2 outputs fra', and a detecting signal 21 based on the acceleration/reduction command P/B. A readhesion detector 3 outputs frb', and a detecting signal 22 based on the acceleration/reduction command P/B. The current controller 7 computes the amount of the current controlΔip based on the idling/sliding detecting signal 21, the re-adhesion detecting signal 22, and an current command Ip from a command generator 56. |
