PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly transmit transfer data from a computer terminal to a bank and also to directly receive the detailed statement of the latest bank account or the payment and receipt data of the bank account from the bank to the terminal by always making a communication line between the computer terminal and the bank an accessible state in the background. SOLUTION: A communication setting means 13 of a computer terminal 1 sets a communication condition in the background and always makes a communication line 8 between the terminal 1 and a bank 9 an accessible state. When the production of transfer data is finished, a transmission button is pressed down and a transmission and reception commanding means 14 makes the line 8 connectable and transmits the transfer data from the terminal 1 to the bank 9. If the payment and receipt data of a bank account or the latest bank account detailed statement data is necessary, a receiving button in a window image is pressed down. The means 14 makes the line 8 connectable and receives bank account deposit and receipt data from the bank 9.
