PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DAB(digital audio broadcasting) receiver reproducing a fixed broadcasting program or a fixed kind of programs without allowing a listener to designate a service ID. SOLUTION: A DAB processing part 104 frequency-tunes a DAB radio wave received by an antenna by an RF part 101, digitally demodulates it by a demodulating part 102 and supplies it for a channel decoder 103. The part 104 extracts plural service ID from the decoder 103 in a fixed period, selects the service ID of a smallest value of them and demodulates an audio frame corresponding to the service ID by an audio decoder 106 to reproduce through a speaker, etc.
