PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating device of high reliability which can effectively suppress or prevent vibration of an apparatus for generating vibrations. SOLUTION: A resilient member 2 is interposed between a first base member 1 and a resilient member supporting part 23 of a second base member 3, and the load the resilient member 2 is received by the supporting part 23 and the member 2 is supported, and a fastening member 5 whose fastening length L is restricted so that a certain distance can be secured between the first base member 1 and the resilient member supporting part 23 is installed penetrating the supporting part 23 and the resilient member 2, and the second base member 3 is supported from the undersurface side of the supporting part 23 and the member 2 and second base member 3 are held in such a way as not slipping off from the first base member 1.
