PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device of low maintenance cost, excellent in convenience, and yielding no sense of incompatibility in surrounding residents. SOLUTION: This device 4 is such one that a carrying vehicle 1 is mounted with a small animal-euthanatizing unit 3 which is made up of a disposal chamber 5 for housing small animals 2 therein and euthanatizing them, a carbon dioxide feed means 6 connected to the disposal chamber 5 and feeding carbon dioxide at normal temperatures, and an air exhaust means 7 connected to the disposal chamber 5. The small animals 2 are euthanatized while the carrying vehicle 1 is moving or in a halt.
