PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular product manufacturing apparatus for effectively irradiating a granular gel with ultraviolet rays. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises: a gelatinizing apparatus 123 for gelatinizing a liquid composition to form its granular gel; and a light irradiating device 112 for irradiating the granular gel formed by the gelatinizing apparatus 123 with ultraviolet rays and thereby setting a photo-setting resin in the granular gel to resultantly form the granular product, wherein the light irradiating device 112 comprises a light source and a plurality of transparent tubes nearly vertically disposed in the vicinity of the light source, allowing the granular gel to pass through themselves and having the end portions connected in series.
