PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To splash and separate liquid ingredients in raw material put in a raw material housing frame by centrifugal force and to enable a simple equipment to perform a rapid and sure dehydrating treatment by providing a porous, raw material housing fame opened inside thereof near the inner peripheral wall of a freely rotatable drum having almost a cylindrical shape so that it can be freely drawn out from the drum. SOLUTION: A raw material containing liquid ingredients is fed from a raw material feeding port of the front end plate of a drum 7 while the drum 7 is rotated. Then, the fed raw material is fed into a raw material housing frame 12 from a raw material opening 13 by centrifugal force. There, by centrifugal force, the liquid ingredients are splashed and separated and are discharged from a dehydration hole 9 of the inner peripheral wall which is on the outer periphery of the raw material housing frame 12. After the dehydrating treatment, the drum 7 is detached from a rotating main shaft and is vertically set up. And by removing a rear end plate 6 and lifting the drum 7 by a crane or the like, the raw material housing frame 12 held and fixed by a fixed wall 8 and pressing walls 10 is made freely attachable/detachable to/from the drum 7. This raw material housing frame 12 is recovered to take out dehydrated residue from the raw material opening 13.
