PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the height of a portable toilet easily and stably. SOLUTION: A height adding leg attaching part 45 is attached at each of four corners on the bottom of the toilet body 2, and one or plural height adding legs 46 are stacked and engaged in the height adding leg attaching part 45. The height of the toilet is adjusted by the number of stacked height adding legs 46. Each height adding leg 46 consists of an insertion cylinder 47, a storage cylinder 48 under the insertion cylinder with a larger diameter than that of the insertion cylinder 47, and a leg cylinder 49 under the storage cylinder with a larger diameter than that of the storage cylinder 48. An engaging flange 50 is made to protrude from the top of the insertion cylinder 47, and an engagement step 52 is formed at the upper part inside the storage cylinder 48 to be engaged with the engaging flange 50. An upper height adding leg 46 and a lower height adding leg 46 are stacked and connected by inserting the inserting cylinder 47 of the lower height adding leg 46 into the storage cylinder 48 of the upper height adding leg 46, engaging the engaging flange 50 of the inserting cylinder 47 of the lower height adding leg 46 with the step 52 of the storage cylinder 48 of the upper height adding leg 46, and setting the storage cylinder 48 of the lower height adding leg 46 in the leg cylinder 49 of the upper height adding leg 46.
