In the case of the travel state of an own vehicle to an obstruction or a preceding vehicle being judged to be unsafe by the control unit 105, a target driving force command computing means for computing a target driving speed command for making driving force outputted by a power source, target driving force drives the throttle actuator 104 according to the depressed quantity of an accelerator pedal 112 and the controlled variable corresponding to an approach coefficient based on vehicle-to-vehicle distance and the like, so as to limit the opening of an electronically controlled throttle valve 103 to make an engine 101 output target driving force.
