PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display automatically only a message with high importance for a user without operating a selective radio call receiver. SOLUTION: Messages received by the radio selective call receiver are stored in a memory section for each directory (folder). Only unconfirmed messages are extracted among the received messages. Or only messages in a designated address or folder are extracted. A time preset to a timer section 6 in advance is counted and the extracted message is displayed on a display section 7 for each time.
