PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber terminal fixing device constituted in such a manner that the terminal part of a two-fiber core expanding optical fiber may be fixed without disconnection and without increasing a defective rate, such as loss by connection. SOLUTION: A holding block 3 assembled by housing the terminal parts which are the core expanding parts of the two-fiber core expanding optical fibers into a pair of holding grooves 31 of a guide block 3a and adhering a retaining block 3b thereto is inserted into a block holding part 41 of a fiber guide member 4 and is fixed by adhering. The optical fibers 2 succeeding to the core expanding parts are projected from a tube fixing part 42 side. A fiber protective tube 21 is put on the fiber parts 2a of the optical fibers 2. This fiber protective tube 21 is inserted into the tube fixing part 42 and is fixed by adhering.
