PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide light-transmissive conductive paste, an EL element and a light-transmissive conductive sheet using it doing away with generation of block points and substantial lowering of luminance caused by electric field corrosion, in the EL element used as a back light, etc., in display part and an operating part of various kinds of electronics. SOLUTION: A light-transmissive electrode layer 7 of an EL element is formed by printing, using light transmissive conductive paste obtained by dispersing, into a light-transmissive resin, acicula conductive powder of light- transmissive ITO(indium oxide tin) having the average major axis of more 5μm and a ratio of the major axis to the minor axis of at least 5, and high- dielectric constant fine powder having relative dielectric constant of at least 50 and the average particle size of at most 0.1μm. Thus, the light-transmissive conductive paste doing away with generation of block points and substantial lowering of luminance caused by electric field corrosion, the EL element and a light transmissive conductive sheet using it can be obtained.
